BBA's boxing champion

We are delighted to share that recently George competed in the England boxing national junior championship in the 80kg category and made an impressive comeback in the final when he defeated an opponent 22kg heavier than him.

George has made a remarkable return to boxing after his break from the sport and shown major resilience and determination leading up to the championship. He has recently begun training with BBA’s behavior mentor Richard Davis who has helped George improve and progress his skills in boxing and has proved to be a very significant asset to George’s ongoing boxing career so far and overall playing a pivotal role in his boxing development this year.

We have been supporting George’s boxing career over the years, and BBA staff have even attended some of his matches. We are incredibly proud of how far he has come and how much effort he has put into all his training and matches, and we look forward to seeing how he improves and grows in the future.
