World Book Day is an exciting day for all schools to celebrate the power of reading and ignite a passion for books in young minds. All the schools within our Trust celebrated the day by bringing  creative and innovative characters from their favourite books to life.
Bromley Beacon Academy had a fun-filled day engaging in lots of exciting book-themed activities. These included online learning lessons with the National Literacy Trust on the Big Footy Football Quiz.
As well as all the classes taking part in ‘Passing on the Story’, the children shared their favourite books and enjoyed some quality reading time. they also decorated and made their own bookmarks.
