Endeavour Academy was named winner of Excellence in Special Schools and Alternative Provision at the National SEND Awards 2023.
Nominated for its high-quality provision, Endeavour was commended for the opportunities it offers to pupils both within and beyond the classroom. Leaders and staff were recognised for the work they do to support pupils’ development in education and emotional regulation.
Testimonials from staff and parents were submitted as part of the nomination, highlighting the progress pupils have made during their time at the school and the support they are given.
Headteacher, Margaret Rozario, was presented with the award by author Michael Rosen, at the Mental Health Show for Education on 23 June 2023.
