Neil Golding represents at national forum on the Future of Teacher Training
LSEAT continues to be recognised as a leading voice in the national education landscape, with our Trust Leader of Training and Development recently invited to contribute to a key policy discussion at the Westminster Education Forum.
The event, focused on the future of Initial Teacher Training in England, bringing together more than 50 delegates from across the UK and Dublin.
During the presentation, Neil confidently outlined the impactful work being undertaken across our schools to support Early Career Teachers and unqualified teachers. This includes innovative strategies designed to foster professional growth and support progression towards Qualified Teacher Status.
